Dr. Carlos M. Rodriguez III joined Bushnell Family & Cosmetic Dentistry in 2023, bringing with him a strong commitment to patient-centered care and advanced clinical training.
A native of Miami, Florida, Dr. Rodriguez earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Florida International University in 2014. He then attended the University of Maryland School of Dentistry—the first dental school in the United States—where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2018.
Dr. Rodriguez is passionate about continuing education and providing comprehensive care. He has completed extensive training in implant dentistry, earning Fellowship status with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), and is an active member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID), the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), and the Florida Dental Association (FDA).
In addition, Dr. Rodriguez completed the prestigious Dawson Academy Core Curriculum, a comprehensive residency focused on diagnosing and treating temporomandibular disorders (TMD), occlusal disease, and complex restorative cases. This training allows him to help patients experiencing jaw pain, headaches, and bite-related issues with a more comprehensive, long-term approach to care.
Dr. Rodriguez is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing him to effectively serve a diverse patient community. Outside the office, he enjoys playing competitive tennis and exploring new travel destinations with his wife.
